Refund & Return Policy

We are dedicated to supporting you on your journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to guide you through the return process thoughtfully and respectfully.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange at this time. We encourage open communication—please reach out with any concerns so we can assist you.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com. Authorization and instructions will be provided after we receive your request. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

To be eligible for a return, physical products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. For skincare or topical products, any hygienic seal must remain intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products (including courses and educational content) once accessed or downloaded

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Damaged Items

Items that are damaged after delivery or through customer use are not eligible for refund or exchange. Only items that are defective or damaged upon arrival qualify for replacement, not refund. Please notify us immediately if your order arrives defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not appeared after notification, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. For further help, contact us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com. We are here to offer clarity and support.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If this applies to your order, please email us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com and we will provide instructions for next steps. Defective or damaged items on arrival will be exchanged at no extra cost to you.

Gifts

If a returned item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. When the item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If an item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, any refund will be returned to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your return without a tracking number.
