7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery for physical products.

• Initiating a Return: To start a return, you must contact us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com. We will provide you with instructions.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

• Digital Products: Due to their nature, all digital and downloadable products are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, it may be eligible for an exchange. Items damaged after delivery are not refundable.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees. The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
