Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your items with the care and attention they deserve. This policy outlines how we handle order processing and shipping, so you know exactly what to expect on your journey with us. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders with thoughtful intention. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your patience as we mindfully package your items.

Shipping Regions & International Orders

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We may expand our shipping regions in the future.

For any international shipments that may become available, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS to deliver your orders safely. The available shipping methods and their costs will be presented to you at checkout. While we select the best carrier for your route, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier will be used for your order.

Estimated delivery time for standard domestic shipping is typically 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey and anticipate its arrival. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Address Accuracy

To ensure a successful delivery, it is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand that delivery issues can be distressing. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier's hands, we will do everything we can to support you by assisting with filing a claim with the carrier. Replacements for lost or stolen items are provided at our discretion.

Shipping Fees

All applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders that meet a certain threshold.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is available for pre-order or is on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to get available items to you sooner.

Returns for Shipped Items

If you wish to return a physical product, please remember our 30-day return policy. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. As a reminder:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged (DOA) are eligible for an exchange.

  • To start the return process, you must contact us at help@coachingwithdralicia.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
